Derek speaks three languages - Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. A CPA for 25 years, Derek has a Master of Business in Finance, was an accredited mortgage broker for 20 years and an Australian Tax Agent for 10 years. He is also a certified Justice of the Peace and contributes considerably to the local community through volunteer and pro bono work.

Since launching his own independent real estate agency in 2009, Derek has built up a strong client database locally and internationally.
