Haoyi has been in the industry for the last 5 years, recently transitioning from a sales administration role into property management. She began her real estate career in 2015 as a part time marketing coordinator, shortly after arriving in Australia from China. In that role she gained experience in advertising, website management, and email marketing. She also had the opportunity to go on a number of site visits with the sales team and it was during this time that she started to really enjoy working in the industry and see it as a long term career proposition.
After that role, Haoyi moved into the position of sales administrator for SilverSkye Realty where she was able to further develop her skills. It was a steep learning curve but she is now well versed in all aspects of sales administration including everything from the setting up and implementing new software, to the finer details of contract exchange. This role also provided her with the opportunity to study trust accounting.
Haoyi is not afraid of a challenge and is known for her determination to achieve the best outcome in any given situation. She brings confidence to her role and enjoys communicating with many different parties including developers, buyers, solicitors and sales people. She is highly regarded amongst vendors and purchasers alike for her problem-solving skills and professionalism. Haoyi’s confidence means she’s able to build an easy rapport with vendors and tenants and she is excited to explore new challenges with the organisation in the area of property management.
